Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account info — your name and email.
• Service data — your certification goals, study-session logs, accountability messages, weekly check-ins, and AI-generated study plans.
• Payment info — handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical data — limited request/security logs (e.g. IP address) used to operate and protect the service.

How we use it

To provide the accountability-coaching service, match you with a partner, send service communications, process subscriptions, generate study plans and progress summaries, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Service providers (subprocessors)

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, database, and the AI models that generate plans/summaries), Stripe (payments), and Resend (transactional email). Your data is processed to provide the service and is not used to train third-party AI models beyond delivering your results.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time — update it in your account settings, ask your accountability partner, or email coach@forgehorizonlearning.com. Deleting your account permanently removes your goals, logs, and messages.

Cookies

We use a single, strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite). No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Security & children

Data is encrypted in transit; passwords are salted and hashed. The service is not intended for anyone under 16 (or the age of digital consent in your region).
