The service
Forge Horizon Learning provides independent cybersecurity-certification accountability and study support: planning, check-ins, feedback, and motivation. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification provider or examination body, and provides no exam content, answers, or guarantees. Your results depend entirely on your own effort and preparation.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from Manage billing in your dashboard or by emailing coach@forgehorizonlearning.com.
- On cancellation, your membership stays active until the end of the current paid period; it does not renew after that.
- Refunds: except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable for partial periods. If you believe there's been a billing error, contact us and we'll make it right.
- We may change prices with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use it to seek exam answers, dumps, or anything that violates a certification body's policies.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Horizon Learning is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
